SMELL-TASTING

An inimitable fragrance, exalted by fresh and seasonal raw material. A traditional and mediteranean sauce, solar, full of flavour with a well-balanced taste.

WAYS OF USE

A ready-to-be-used sauce, we advise to use it after few mintes in frying pan, ending with a dash of olive oil. Ideal with a long and short pasta, adding some capers.
