A path that over the years has become into a constant idea of well-being and service for the final consumer.
The company's objective is the realization of a high quality production, characterized by high professionalism, to be transmitted all over the world as an example of the Sicilian food culture, synonymous with authenticity and healthy nutrition. The continuous support over time by the Regional Technical Assistance Service, the various industry associations and the collaboration with specialized agronomists, represent a source of guarantee of a production that is constantly updated and continuously improved.
The idea originates from a desire for information and culture of the territory, of food quality that begins with the production activity, carried out according to biocompatible rules, and continues with craftsmanship through processes dedicated to maintaining the organoleptic character.
Without Sicily, Italy creates no image in the soul: here is the key to everything.[…] The purity of the contours, the softness of everything, the exchange of soft colors, the harmonious unity of the sky with the sea and the sea to the land… who saw them once, shall possess them to a lifetime.
– Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

A brand of quality
The new brand "Trimarchi di Villa Marchese", is born from the desire to perpetuate a continuous search for ancient flavors, smells and tastes now leveled and standardized by the agrofood industry which aims to contain prices but to disperse traditions.
Since 2008, the company has started a work of information and cultural updating related to food and the development of a model of well-being based on the genuineness of raw materials and the processing of the product grown within the own farm.

Mission
The company's attention is focused on the conservation of the most ancient traditions, handed down from generation to generation, to put the accent on flavors already known to those civilizations that have followed on our territory, from the Greeks and Carthaginians to the Romans, from the Byzantines to the Arabs, from the Normans to the Swabians, ending with the Angevins and the Aragonese.
The development of this direct knowledge, led the company in 2010, to the realization and consequent the trademark "Trimarchi di Villa Marchese" registration, in the sign of a direct control on the production and transformation of raw materials and the consequent sales and marketing activity of products, with a closure of Sicilian production chain. .
